Synopsis
Foster teen Lydia Collins, can’t believe that Brianna, a girl with “prom queen DNA,” is offering her a ride home. When Lydia’s busted for driving in a stolen car, she understands, but something worse happens that day - one of the officers molests Lydia in the back of his cruiser. She wants to nail him, but it’s his word against hers. If no one believes her, Lydia risks losing the best foster family she’s ever known. If only she could trust someone to stand up for her. Lydia blots out the incident until the perv shows up at Baypoint High as a resource officer. When she finds out Officer Dooley’s driving Marika, another girl from the Sojourner Truth Home – to schools Lydia has to take a stand. She can’t hush the voice inside that keeps asking - “If you can’t trust yourself, who can you trust?”
